Hurricane season is here and a vital part of being prepared is ensuring your generator is ready to run in case a storm hits. Here are some friendly tips:
- Make sure to check all fluid levels including oil and coolant
- For diesel units, make sure you have plenty of fuel
- Batteries should be replaced every 2 -3 years so check the date
- Check hoses and belts for deterioration
The easiest and best way to make sure your equipment is ready is to call your local service center and have a certified technician examine/perform needed maintenance.
