Pulsation Dampeners
All PASAFE units offer economic, durable, and trouble-free discharge dampening. The drilling solution equipment, liquid pulsation dampener, provides energy storage in critical hydraulic systems, create a transfer barrier to prevent mixture in multi-fluid systems, and compensate for leakage and thermal expansion in many types of fluid-flow applications. The dampener includes suction stabilization to protect against the stop and start motion of reciprocating pumps, as well as an acceleration-induced water hammer, activated by the opening and closing of the pump check valve.

Drilling Solutions Annular BOP (Blow Out Preventer) Equipment
Annular BOP stack are a critical component of onshore drilling. They provide a pressure barrier by sealing around tubular goods, like drill pipes, during drilling operations to ensure optimal safety whenever a problem arises.
The drilling solution equipment, annular blowout preventer, was an industry first more than 80 years ago. They are still known for their exceptional ability to handle extreme pressures and temperatures. The annular feature only two moving parts, the hydraulic piston, and packing unit—reducing component wear. A replaceable packing unit wear plate eliminates metal-to-metal contact, extending time being overhaul and repair intervals.
